What We Do
Take a look at our process from scheduling your appointment to delivering you the most comprehensive marketing package for your property.Clients can easily order our services through our quick, highly customizable and user-friendly booking portal on our website or via their Aryeo dashboard. While we can place orders over the phone, we encourage clients to fill out the form themselves to familiarize themselves with the Aryeo system. This process ensures we gather all the necessary information to deliver the highest quality service.Scheduling
Each appointment is scheduled with dedicated travel time to prevent overlaps. Solo meetings are typically quick, while those involving meeting with clients, owners, landlords, or tenants align with the estimated time provided at checkout. Furnished properties may extend the session. The estimated duration is shared before confirming the appointment. Our process starts with exterior photos and videos, followed by interior shots, and concludes with a 3D scan.Meeting
Delivery
We aim for next-day delivery but may take 48-72 hours depending on order size, with no guaranteed turnaround time. Clients receive an email and text notification when the order is ready, allowing them to access and download all content (photos, videos, scans, property website, and customizable marketing ads) from their Aryeo dashboard after payment. This centralized system avoids a cluttered inbox and ensures all listing needs are sorted by property.
